SMNET originated from SOMOTNET, a company established in 2003 by Mr. Andrew Chang Peng Fong, a Singaporean national with experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise technology services. SOMOTNET was founded to deliver structured and reliable IT services for businesses, with a focus on operational stability and long-term support.
Building on more than two decades of experience, SOMOTNET later developed into SMNET, continuing its focus on practical IT solutions and consistent service delivery for business clients.
